This session will focus on the struggles of being the only content area teacher within a building or even a district. For years departments like CTE have been forced into PLC groups only to lose productivity due to the drastic differences among content and curriculum. We will discuss failures and accomplishments and how we were able to form a working PLC model among a regional area.
